Warranty Information and Return Policy
We stand behind our products and we hope you enjoy your purchase! We are "All Things Pickleball" and we know all of you pickleballers will enjoy our paddles, balls, ball carts, nets, grips, apparel and much more.
Limited Lifetime Warranty
We warrant our paddles against any manufacture defects for the life of the paddle except due to normal wear-and-tear, paint or graphic discoloration, paddle abuse, dropping of the paddles, scraping the paddles edging by picking up pickleballs, etc. Armour Pickleball reserves the right to review each case and make a determination if the paddle complies with the warranty. We will try our best to provide you with the best customer service and products possible. We thank you for choosing Armour Pickleball paddles. For warranty protection, the original owner must register their new paddle at armourpickleball.com within 14 days of purchase or the warranty will be void with no exceptions. A paddle will be limited to being replaced only one time for each paddle purchase.
What is Not Covered
- Paddle abuse
- Discoloration of paddle graphics due to normal wear-and-tear
- Paddle delamination due to paddles being used to pick up pickleballs
- Overuse of paddles
- Anything not listed but subject to Armour Pickleball's discretion
- Loose plastic particles creating a rattle in the paddle should not impact play or performance
What is Covered
- Manufacturer defects
- Loose edging during normal use
Products purchased online at armourpickleball.com may be returned within 14 days of purchase with valid receipt or proof of purchase. Shipping of the product must be paid for by the buyer and you must send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with your name, order number and reason for return so that an RMA can be issued prior to shipping it back.
